The International Women's Day event brought together more than 100 successful women in discussions: among them, the chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, honored coaches and multiple champions, actresses, businesswomen and bloggers, an orchestra conductor and a KHL commentator, a racing driver and an airplane pilot. The broadcast was watched by 16.5 million viewers, and 1,800 guests attended the event itself.

The forum started with a conversation about audience engagement tools: Experts described how humor, haight, and quick reaction to trends help promote a personal brand. Gosha Kutsenko unexpectedly appeared at the meeting: he presented flowers to the speaker girls and told them about the film "Tulips" - the actor starred in it with Varvara Shcherbakova, who participated in the discussion. According to Gosha, the film turned out to be lyrical, tender and touching. The actor admitted that he would like to go to the cinema to see "Tulips" not only with his family, but also with Varvara Shcherbakova and Valya Carnival.

In a frank conversation with the audience, Ida Galich and her mother, Zarina Tengizovna Galich, answered blitz questions about each other.
