The wife of a Russian serviceman who returned as part of a prisoner exchange with Ukraine fainted when he called her and informed her of his release. A fighter named Eduard told about this on March 5.
"Before departure, I picked up my phone and talked to my wife. I couldn't communicate with her for almost six months, she didn't know if I was alive or not. She fainted from that [call]," he said in an interview with TASS.
