The situation with the Telegram messenger in Russia is coming to its logical conclusion. This was stated on March 6 by Andrei Svintsov, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, in a conversation with the publication Rise.

"At [Pavel's] company Durov does not have much time to make a decision: either to comply with the full range of Russian legislation, take measures, interact with the government and special services of the Russian Federation, or restrictions will be imposed on his business," he said.
