In order to create a visually expensive bouquet at no great cost, it is enough to add a few accent colors and choose the right packaging. Alyona Ameranova, the founder of the Rosa flower salon, told Izvestia about this on March 6.
According to the expert, it is possible to make a bouquet visually more expensive by adding accent plants: peonies, ranunculus or premium varieties of roses are suitable for these purposes, unusual flowers such as hydrangeas, anthuriums or proteas also add special expressiveness to the composition.
To increase the visual volume, the florist recommends using inexpensive dried flowers and greenery. At the same time, it is important to pay attention to the quality of textures and shades, and not just the number of plants. Monochrome options look stylish, where different textures are combined, for example, velvety roses with eucalyptus.
As the florist emphasized, deep shades of cherry, white, pink and dark green look the most impressive and noble in flower arrangements. The harmony of colors plays a key role in the perception of a bouquet, the expert added.
"The most expensive combinations are usually obtained from calm and noble shades without too sharp contrasts. Close shades look very nice. For example, pale pink, powdery and creamy. Such bouquets look soft, voluminous and elegant," said the florist.
In addition to the color of the buds themselves, packaging plays an important role, which can transform even budget flowers, concluded Ameranova.
Allergist Alexandra Molochkova said on March 5 that when choosing a bouquet for March 8, it should be remembered that some plants can cause health problems. According to the expert, people who are prone to allergies should choose flowers especially carefully, as some of them can cause unpleasant reactions.
