The reproductive therapist, endocrinologist Kristina Prishvina told about the main "female" vitamin.

In an interview with the Health Mail on March 5, the specialist noted that vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals and can reduce the risk of developing tumors. It is often called the "beauty vitamin" because it promotes the production of collagen and increases the firmness and elasticity of the skin.

For women, this vitamin is especially important, as it plays a significant role in reproductive function.
