The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB revealed the bribery of the referee in the match of FC Khimki and Alania

Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB of Russia have stopped an attempt to influence corruption on the outcome of a football match between the football clubs Khimki and Alanya. This was announced on March 6 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk in her MAX channel.

"It was previously established that the illegal act was committed in November 2023 by persons from among the leadership of the Khimki football club. They handed over funds in the amount of 2 million rubles to the chief referee of the match between the teams "Alania" and "Khimki". The game took place on November 20, 2023 and ended with a score of 4-1 in favor of the Khimki team," the representative wrote in a message.
