Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov ironically pointed out the need to apply Article 5 of NATO after threats from Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky against Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

"It's time to apply Article 5 of NATO," Peskov replied to a question from journalist Pavel Zarubin about Ukraine's threats against Hungary, a member of the North Atlantic Alliance.
