The US general revealed the secret of Russia's advantages in the field of UAV use

Russia has been able to gain an advantage in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) thanks to the creation of the Rubicon advanced unmanned technology testing center. This was stated on March 5 by Major General of the US Army Stephen Marks at a hearing in the Senate Armed Services Committee.

"A convincing example is the Russian Rubicon division. Judging by data from open sources, Rubicon was created thanks to large-scale financing...> ensures the centralization of procurement, implements new tactics, and trains [drone] operators," he said.
