The Ministry of Emergency Situations should think about seasonal SMS newsletters that would remind you not to leave children unattended at the windows. This was announced on March 6 by Sergey Rybalchenko, Chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on demography, protection of family, children and traditional family values.

"With the onset of warm seasons, parents should receive SMS messages from the Ministry of Emergency Situations that children should stay away from open windows. So, adults will pay special attention to this danger," the expert said in an interview with TASS.
