The State Duma proposed a bill on joint parenting after a divorce

A bill on joint parenting after a divorce, which provides for an individual schedule of time spent by a child with each parent, is planned to be introduced by a group of deputies led by Dmitry Kuznetsov. This became known on March 6.

It is specified that it is proposed to amend the Family Code of the Russian Federation. According to the draft law, the text of which is available to TASS, if the parents have not concluded an agreement on the place of residence and the order of communication with the child, the court will be obliged to determine the regime of co-parenting. Under this regime, the child will live with each of the parents according to an individual schedule established by the court.
