Abnormally cold weather will continue in several regions of Russia in the near future. This was announced on March 6 by Marina Makarova, a leading employee of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.
"Cold weather with a temperature deviation of 7-12 degrees from normal and anomalies of up to 16 degrees in places is in the east of the Arkhangelsk Region, Komi, Perm Krai, the east of the Vologda Region, and even in the Kostroma region temperatures are forecast to reach -27 degrees," she told TASS.
