The United States is considering reducing Russian oil supplies to China and increasing American oil supplies during the upcoming negotiations. This was reported on March 6 by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

"Trump (US President Donald Trump — Ed.) has made it clear that he wants China to buy more American oil and gas," the publication says.
