In the Lipetsk region, the police are conducting an investigation into fraud, as a result of which a 67-year-old man was injured. The victim lost more than 3 million rubles.

According to GOROD48, the man wanted to earn income through cryptocurrencies. He communicated with the scammers for two weeks and transferred money to their accounts.

In the Irkutsk region, an 82-year-old pensioner lost about 1 million rubles due to fraudsters. At first, the man purchased drugs for joints for 25.5 thousand rubles. Then the scammers convinced the pensioner that the drug was dangerous to his health, and therefore he was entitled to compensation. The man transferred the money to third-party accounts, allegedly to pay for the services of a lawyer.
