Centance Group of Companies announced the complete transfer under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation

Oleg Moiseyenkov, President and founder of the Centance Group of Companies, became the owner of 100% of the business as a result of the completed restructuring. Thus, the capital of the Centance Group is fully transferred under Russian jurisdiction. This was reported by the press service of the Centance Group of Companies.

In 2025, the entrepreneur's structures completed the consolidation of the group's minority stake, previously owned by the UFG investment fund. The financing of the transaction was carried out at the expense of Sberbank PJSC. The transfer of shares of the group's companies to the Russian jurisdiction is currently being completed.

Separate coordination with the subcommittee of the Government Commission for the Control of Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation was not required for the restructuring. This is due to the fact that all the participants in the transaction — the shareholders and the bank — are Russian entities or represent friendly jurisdictions.

The process is at the final stage of making relevant entries in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. They will consolidate Oleg Moiseyenkov's direct ownership of the group's key assets, including Danom LLC. Previously, these assets were owned by the Dutch company Grasilis, the ultimate beneficiary of which was also 100% Moiseyenkov.

Oleg Moiseyenkov founded Centance Group in 2000 and has remained its controlling shareholder since the company's inception. The group emphasizes that the ownership structure changes did not affect operational and strategic control over the business.

In 2014, the entrepreneur sold a minority stake to the UFG investment fund, which was owned by Arab pension funds. In 2021, the fund completed the investment cycle and began the planned sale of assets. The buyer of the stake in Centance Group was its founder, who eventually consolidated 100% of the business.

Centance Group continues to operate as the largest national logistics operator of the pharmaceutical market, providing more than 40% of the total import of medicines to Russia.
