Unexpected hits are also recorded in the ratings. For example, over the years, the leaders of the festive broadcast included the documentary-historical series "The investigation was conducted ..." with Leonid Kanevsky. It is noteworthy that even on holidays, viewers are interested not only in entertainment content, but also in historical and socio-political topics: for example, one of the leaders of the rating on March 8 is the program "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin", as well as news releases, which are almost annually present among the highest-rated programs.
Art Pictures Distribution data confirms that the March 8 broadcast traditionally combines nostalgic feelings, romance, humor and current events, and the ratings leaders evoke a strong emotional response from viewers every year.
