Starting from March 14, 2026, the fare along the Moscow High-Speed Diameter (MSD) during critically busy hours on weekdays will be indexed by 2 rubles and will amount to 15 rubles per section. This was reported in the channel of the Moscow Department of Transport at MAX.

The tariff will be indexed only during critically busy periods on weekdays: from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 Moscow time. This will allow you to continue making the trip on the MD predictable, fast and predictable in time. The rest of the time — 70% of the time during working days, as well as on weekends and holidays — travel will remain free. The transit fare will not change.

"The need to pay encourages drivers to choose routes more consciously, which prevents congestion of high-speed highways and evenly distributes traffic across the urban network. Regular tariff indexing helps maintain a balance of demand so that drivers really get the time savings they pay for," the expert emphasized in an interview with Izvestia.

Travel on a specific section of the highway is considered paid only if the car entered and left the site during the paid time. For vehicles of operational services and mail, municipal equipment, public transport, school buses, as well as taxi cars licensed in Moscow and the Moscow region, travel along the MSD is always free.

The cost of all trips made per day along the highway is summed up, after which, within five days, a single payment is made for all trips along the highway per day.
