Stavropol has listed the main complaints about public transport

The Stavropol authorities found out the main discontents of residents in the work of public transport. The citizens sent their complaints to the Stavropol Transport chatbot, the press service of the mayor's office reports.

In two months, the specialists of the committee for the organization of transport services processed about 700 messages, writes IA StavropolMedia. Most of the complaints are about traffic delays, problems with cashless payment terminals and incorrect driver behavior.

According to the city administration, this format helps to quickly obtain information about problems on routes and eliminate deficiencies, as well as adjust long-term plans for the development of the transport network.

Earlier it was reported that two city buses, No. 5 and No. 12, which are considered problematic, will resume operation in Stavropol. Transportation is scheduled to start before March 15.
