Lavrov pointed to the evaporation of the "spirit of Anchorage"

The atmosphere at the previous talks between representatives of Russia and the United States in Anchorage was constructive, but over time, the "spirit of Anchorage" evaporates. This was announced on March 5 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
