After reviewing the case, the Shalinsky City Court of the Chechen Republic again found Zarema Musayeva, the wife of the former judge of the Supreme Court of Chechnya, Saydi Yangulbayev, guilty of assaulting an employee of the Federal Penitentiary Service. This was announced on March 5 by her lawyer Alexander Savin.
"In two incomplete days of judicial investigation, the Shalinsky City Court of the Chechen Republic sentenced Musayeva in the case of an attack on a colony employee to three years and 10 months in a penal colony," the lawyer told RIA Novosti.
He added that the decision to appeal Musayeva's verdict has not yet been made.
