Eight-year-old Ksenia Nikitina, who won the "Most Beautiful Girl in Russia" contest in 2020, died in Voronezh. This was announced by the Stesha Charitable Foundation on its page on the VKontakte social network.

It is reported that Ksenia suffered from Rett syndrome, a rare genetic disease in which, after a period of normal development, a child's motor and speech functions gradually begin to deteriorate.
