Two trademarks with Alyonka from Novovoronezh have been registered in Russia

Two trademarks with the image of Alyonka associated with the sculpture installed in Novovoronezh in 2020 have been registered in Russia. Information about this appeared in the Rospatent electronic database.

According to the documents, applications for registration of the trademarks "Our Alyonka" and "That Alyonka" were filed in May 2024. In March 2026, Rospatent decided to register them for a period of ten years. The copyright holder is Elena Nikolaevna Osipova.

The sculpture of Alyonka with an unusual facial expression was unveiled in December 2020 on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the village of Novaya Alyonovka. However, a few days later, the monument was dismantled after appeals from local residents. Later, the sculpture was returned to the manufacturer, and then sold at auction.

As follows from the materials of Rospatent, registered trademarks can be used in the manufacture and sale of clothing, shoes and accessories, as well as metal products. In addition, they apply to the rental of digital equipment, RIA Novosti clarifies.

In February, it became known that AvtoVAZ had applied for registration of the trademark "It is possible, but why?". It is registered according to the 511th class of the International Classification of Goods and Services (ICTS), it includes cars and spare parts for them, printed publications, clothing, toys, advertising, soft drinks and beer, electronic publications and more.
