Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special representative of the President of the Russian Federation, advised contacting the administration of the European Union if Russian energy resources stop being supplied to European countries. He wrote about this on March 4 on the social network X.

"Russia may stop supplying gas to Europe. If you have any questions, please contact Ursula (von der Leyen, head of the European Commission, approx.), Kaya (Kallas, head of the European Diplomacy, approx.) and other Russophobes," the message says.
