The court recognized Blinovskaya's ownership of the property purchased by her father

In Moscow, the arbitration court granted the application of the financial manager of blogger Elena Blinovskaya for the return of real estate reissued to her father Oleg Ostanin. This was announced on March 4 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

The court's decision declared illegal the transfer of a parking space, a storage room in the residential complex (LCD) "Donskoy Olympus", as well as apartments. The specified property is included in the bankruptcy estate for settlements with creditors, ownership of it has been restored for Blinovskaya.
