Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has approved a project for the integrated development of four territories in the Vnukovo district. This was announced on Wednesday, March 4, according to the website of the Moscow City Hall.

The city government has decided to reorganize inefficiently used areas of non-residential buildings in the TiNAO.

We are talking about four sites with a total area of more than 40 hectares, located near the Tolstopaltsevo MCD-4 station, including on Sovetskaya and Mira streets. There are outdated buildings there now.

As part of the project, it is planned to create a modern low-rise residential area with an area of more than 83 thousand square meters on this territory, as well as to build public and business infrastructure facilities — offices, a shopping center, a sports complex and a milk dispenser. In addition, it is planned to create an intercept parking for 295 parking spaces. It is expected that the project will create about 1.8 thousand jobs, writes "Moscow 24".

The mayor's office recalled that as of March 3, 2026, 187 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of more than 1.7 thousand hectares have been approved and are being implemented in Moscow. Earlier that day, it became known that the metropolitan authorities had approved another project for the integrated development of territories — now it will affect a 0.95 hectare site in the 3rd microdistrict of Teply Stan.
