As part of the project, it is planned to create a modern low-rise residential area with an area of more than 83 thousand square meters on this territory, as well as to build public and business infrastructure facilities — offices, a shopping center, a sports complex and a milk dispenser. The mayor's office recalled that as of March 3, 2026, 187 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of more than 1.7 thousand hectares have been approved and are being implemented in Moscow.
