In 2025, 47 large-scale investment projects were completed in Moscow on a total area of about 140 hectares. This was announced on Wednesday, March 4, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, 13 social infrastructure facilities have appeared in the city — educational, sports and medical institutions, 17 industrial enterprises, seven public-business and multifunctional complexes, as well as administrative buildings. For their construction, investors were provided with more than 139.5 hectares of land in all districts of the capital. This, as Yefimov noted, contributes to the balanced development of the city and corresponds to the concept of a "15-minute city," the Moscow City News agency reports.

Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry, added that in 2025, the industrial sector has become the leader in the number of projects. In particular, the first specialized food technology park with an area of almost 15 thousand square meters began operating in the Western District, and a robotic enterprise for the production of modules for assembling houses with an area of more than 128 thousand square meters was opened in the TiNAO.

The mayor's office recalled that the program of large-scale investment projects has been in effect since 2016 and allows investors to develop important facilities for the city on preferential terms, RIAMO recalls. Starting in 2022, land for construction can be obtained at a rate of one ruble per year.
