The Ministry of Economic Development has approved the refund of funds to tourists from the funds of tour operators

The Ministry of Economic Development has prepared a government decree on the return of money to tourists from the personal responsibility funds of tour operators, as well as the postponement of payment of contributions to the FPO for three months. This was announced on March 4 by the head of the department Maxim Reshetnikov at a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with members of the government.

"To compensate for the losses of the tourism industry, we have prepared two government orders — to refund money to tourists from the personal responsibility fund of tour operators and to defer payment of contributions to this fund for tour operators for three months: from April 15 to July 15. I ask for your support," he said.
