Stateless persons who have signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of Russia will be paid 595 thousand rubles.

For stateless persons who have signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation since July 7, 2025, lump-sum payments in the amount of 595 thousand rubles have been established. The relevant decree was published on March 4 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

"Stateless persons have the right to receive lump—sum cash payments established by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 787 of November 2, 2022, <...> from July 7, 2025," the text of the document says.
