"The Israel Defense Forces has launched a series of strikes in southern Lebanon," the IDF said in a Telegram channel.

On the same day, the IDF announced another wave of attacks on an underground weapons depot and the command center of the Hezbollah movement in the Lebanese capital Beirut. In addition, the Israeli army attacked a Hezbollah facility, which, according to the report, the movement used for terrorist attacks, information gathering and propaganda.
During a strike on Beirut on March 3, the Israeli army eliminated a high-ranking representative of the Quds Force (a special unit of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps), who was responsible for strengthening the military potential of the Hezbollah movement. According to the army, the target of the attack on Monday, March 2, was Reza Khazai.
