Sobyanin announced the expansion of the number of sites in the Renovation Program

Five sites for the construction of new housing have been included in the Renovation Program, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his channel on the IACH messenger. The relevant decision was made at a meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow Government.

The new sites are located in four districts of the capital — Ivanovskoye, Nagatino-Sadovniki, Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo and Nagorny. The total area of the planned residential development in these territories will amount to 76.1 thousand square meters. m. The project will allow the resettlement of 15 dilapidated houses, including 1.09 thousand apartments, and provide modern comfortable housing for about 2.8 thousand people.

In addition, according to the mayor of the capital, the Presidium of the Moscow government approved a project for the integrated development of four inefficiently used territories in the TiNAO. All of them are located in Vnukovo, in the immediate vicinity of the Tolstopaltsevo MSD-4 station. About 174.56 thousand square meters of real estate can be built on this territory. The project provides for the formation of a modern residential area with low-rise buildings with a total area of 83.52 thousand square meters, as well as the placement of public and business facilities in new buildings with a total area of 91.04 thousand square meters, including office space, a shopping center, a sports complex and a milk dispensary. In addition, it is planned to arrange intercept parking for 295 parking spaces. The implementation of the CRT program in the planned territories will create about 1.8 thousand new jobs for the city.
