In Kazan, Bekmambetov's mansion was sold at auction for 21.4 million rubles

A historic 19th-century mansion in the center of Kazan, formerly owned by director Timur Bekmambetov, has found a new owner. This was reported on March 3 by TASS with reference to the results of the electronic auction.

"The winner of the auction is Sergey Nikolaevich Yeremeyev. The proposed price is 21,443,963 rubles," the agency cites the results.

During the auction, the price more than doubled.

The 1873 house, which has the status of a cultural heritage site of regional significance, includes several rooms with a total area of more than 200 square meters. m.

The historic mansion was put up for sale on January 28. The starting price of the object placed for purchase at an electronic auction was 9.3 million rubles.
