The Kremlin called negotiations on nuclear stability impossible without Europe
It is not possible to conduct negotiations on nuclear stability without the participation of Britain and France in this process. This is how Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on reports on March 4 that Berlin intends to start cooperation with Paris in the field of nuclear weapons.
"We must not forget about the non-proliferation regime. These words once again emphasize the correctness of the Russian side when it says that further negotiations on strategic stability can only be conducted taking into account and with the participation of Great Britain and France. That is, the European nuclear powers," Peskov said.
