The head of the carriage management department in the division of the Central Directorate of Infrastructure of Russian Railways was detained. This was announced on March 4 by the press service of the Moscow Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on its website.
The official is suspected of accepting a bribe in the amount of 12 million rubles. According to investigators, the corruption scheme operated for almost two years — from November 2023 to September 2025.
