On March 4, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) attacked the headquarters of the Israeli General Staff and Ministry of Defense in Hekariya, military facilities in Beit She'an and Tel Aviv, as well as a military facility in the Western Galilee and infrastructure in the Beni Brak area.

It is specified that the number of Israeli casualties during the conflict in the Middle East has exceeded 680 people.
