Lilia Shuvalova, a psychologist and lecturer at the Department of Sports Management at the Faculty of Sports at Synergy University, called for attention to the upbringing of a child before adolescence.

In conversation with the agency RuNews24.Ru On Tuesday, March 3, a psychologist explained that the key causes of teenagers' short temper are age—related changes - hormonal changes and immaturity of the frontal lobes of the brain responsible for self-control. According to her, innate temperament also plays a role, but at this age, the processes of arousal in the nervous system often prevail over inhibition, which manifests itself in aggression, sharpness and maximalism.

The expert noted that teenagers experience strong and complex emotions and often feel misunderstood, which is why they seek to express themselves, sometimes in a protesting or destructive form. However, she stressed that not everything can be attributed to physiology: much depends on what values and attachment patterns were formed in childhood.

In her opinion, a reliable emotional connection with parents reduces the risk of aggressive behavior, while ignoring a child's feelings can lead to rebellion and outbursts of aggression in adolescence. kp.ru .

Earlier in the day, psychologist Alexei Kocaespirov called conflicts with loved ones and pressure at school factors of psychological distress of teenagers. According to him, sudden changes in mood and behavior can indicate possible problems: anxiety, depression, loss of interest in habitual activities, aggression or protest reactions. Parents should also pay attention to isolation, decreased social activity and avoidance of communication, notes 360.ru .

On February 25, clinical psychologist Marianna Abravitova explained to RT why teenagers create idols for themselves. According to her, this is due to the identity crisis, which just falls on the transition age. So, an idol gives a ready-made model of behavior, a ready-made style and values, and all this can be tried on by a teenager who is looking for a guide in life.

On February 17, clinical psychologist Elena Klen spoke about establishing contact with a teenager. According to her, it is important to remember that in transition, many things are felt many times more acutely, and try to understand the teenager, offer him your help.

Prior to this, child psychologist Natalia Naumova stated that it is safe for teenagers to spend no more than two hours a day on gadgets. According to her, "in their free time, the child needs to be attracted, find a sport that they like, a hobby," the NSN notes.

In January, psychologist Elena Puchkova, in an interview with the Moscow City News agency, said that a total ban on the Internet could provoke destructive behavior among teenagers.
