An earthquake occurred again in the Sochi area, its magnitude was 4.8. This was reported on March 3 on the website of the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).

The tremors were recorded at 16:05 Moscow time, exactly one hour after the first earthquake. The epicenter was located 29 km southwest of Sochi at a depth of 10 km.
