Russian Railways put up for sale the Rizhsky railway station in Moscow for 4 billion rubles

Russian Railways has put up for auction a complex of buildings of the Rizhsky railway station, located in Moscow near the Rizhskaya metro station. The relevant information was published on the company's website on March 3.

"The buildings of the [Rizhsky] railway station have not been used for passenger transportation for a long time, which opens up the possibility for their adaptation to new operational purposes," the report says.

Two non-residential buildings are offered for sale: a station built in 1901 with an area of 3.9 thousand square meters and a two-storey building built in 1929 with an area of 3.8 thousand square meters. The complex also provides a land plot of 13.7 thousand square meters.
