Rapper Face was fined by the court for evading the duties of a foreign agent

On March 3, the World Court of the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa fined rapper Face (Ivan Dremin, recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) 250 thousand rubles for evading the duties of a foreign agent. "In 2023-2024, the Ufa city courts repeatedly brought the defendant to administrative responsibility for violating the procedure established for foreign agents (Parts 2 and 4 of Articles 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation)," the report says.

In December 2025, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention in absentia.

A day earlier, on March 2, a criminal case against rapper Alisher Morgenstern (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) was sent to court. This was reported on the website of the Moscow Prosecutor's Office. The artist is charged under Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Evading the duties of a foreign agent").
