Russians named the budget for preparing for a romantic meeting
Every fourth Russian woman spends no more than 1 thousand rubles on preparing for a first date, and 24% — from 1 to 3 thousand rubles. Most of the money is spent on manicures and pedicures, buying clothes, as well as hairdressing services. This is evidenced by the results of a study of the international network of training centers in the field of beauty "Ecole" and dating service "Mamba". The results of the survey were reviewed on March 4 by Izvestia.
Half of Russian women perceive spending on romantic meetings as an investment in themselves, over a quarter (28%) consider such expenses unnecessary and unnecessary, and one in seven — necessary. How carefully Russians prepare for dates most often depends on their mood (53%). At the same time, one in five prefers to focus on the format of the meeting, and 15% proceed primarily from their financial capabilities. At the same time, regardless of the amount of effort spent on preparation, 29% of respondents would consider it completely unjustified if the date itself was unsuccessful.
The survey showed that the vast majority (81%) Russians have never calculated their expenses for preparing for romantic meetings, one in seven keeps an approximate count, and only 4% know the exact amounts.
Those survey participants who have an idea of their dating expenses were asked to name the average amount they spend on preparing for one romantic encounter. It turned out that a quarter (25%) of them have a budget for training that usually does not exceed 1 thousand rubles, 24% spend from 1-3 thousand rubles, one in five spend 3-5 thousand rubles, another 17% have average expenses of 5-10 thousand rubles, and one in ten spend over 10 thousand rubles. Among the largest expenses, the respondents most often named manicure and pedicure (34%), purchase of an outfit (32%), as well as haircut or styling (20%). The top 5 also included purchases of cosmetics (11%) and perfumes (2%).
Interestingly, only one in seven respondents considers the first date more important than the next and spends more time preparing for it. For 39%, the desire to invest in preparing for further meetings depends on how the very first one goes. 35% reported that spending on the first and second dates is almost the same, and one in ten is ready to increase the cost of preparing for the second date.
On February 14, it became known how often Russians go on dates and how much they spend on them. According to the results of a survey involving 1.5 thousand Yumopeu users, 30% of men and 25% of women go to romantic meetings several times a month, 20% of the stronger sex and 18% of the study participants do this only on special occasions, and another 17% of respondents — every six months or less. At the same time, 25% of women and 29% of men do not date. The number of movie ticket purchases increased by 9% with an average check of 583 rubles. This is the only segment that has shown significant growth.
