Peseshkian called Khamenei's murder a disgrace for the United States and Israel

The United States and Israel did not benefit from the assassination of Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei, the operation turned into a disgrace for them. This was announced on March 2 by the President of the Republic, Masoud Pezeshkian, in the Telegram channel.

He expressed the hope that, despite everything, the Iranian people would not allow the opponents to achieve their goals.

"The assassination of the supreme leader brought nothing to Israel and the United States and turned into a disgrace for them. Our people, who are grieving in mosques, streets and squares today, have demonstrated that they will not allow the enemy to realize their plans," the politician said.
