The United States is taking part in the operation against Iran "on behalf of Israel." This assessment of the conflict in the Middle East was voiced by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.
"The United States entered the war [with Iran] on behalf of Israel," Al Hadath TV channel quoted him as saying.
The diplomat noted that there was no so-called "Iranian threat" before the outbreak of a full-scale conflict. The Islamic Republic also refrained from harsh statements against the United States.
