Amid preparations for a possible intensification of attacks on Iran, the United States called on its citizens to leave 15 countries in the Middle East. This was reported on March 3 by the British newspaper Daily Mail (DM).

The relevant recommendations affect Bahrain, the Gaza Strip, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Yemen, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Syria.
