Rosstandart will introduce a new GOST for white bread made from wheat flour from April 1

Starting from April 1, a new GOST for white bread made from wheat flour will be introduced in Russia. This became known on March 3 from the Rosstandart document.

"Now an oval-shaped hearth bread is allowed. It is also allowed to bake white bread weighing less than 500 g, although previously the mass should have been from 0.5 kg," RIA Novosti reports.
