Forecasters predicted sleet and ice in Moscow on March 3

On March 2, forecaster, meteorologist, climatologist, and head of the Meteo forecasting center, Alexander Shuvalov, told Izvestia that temperature drops with frequent zero crossings are expected in Moscow this week, which will lead to the formation of ice.
