One of the key goals of the United States during the operation against Iran is the destruction of missile weapons and facilities of the republic's military industry. On March 2, White House press Secretary Caroline Leavitt recalled this on the social network X.
"On Saturday, the President [of the United States Donald] Trump issued a statement in which he clearly outlined to the American people the objectives of Operation Epic Fury. Let me repeat them one more time: destroy the Iranian regime's missiles and level their rocket industry. Destroy the Iranian regime's navy," she said.
