The building of the Lipitskaya school in Serpukhov will be renovated for the new academic year

In the village of Lipitsy in Serpukhov (Moscow region), the overhaul of the school on the 178th Aviation Regiment square continues. According to the press service of the regional Ministry of the Construction complex, the school will reopen its doors on September 1, 2026.

As of March 2, 35 people are involved in the facility. They carry out dismantling, general construction and finishing works. The construction of engineering communications is also continuing.

The project provides for renovation of the roof, facade, entrance area, replacement of engineering systems, windows and doors, as well as interior finishing works, installation of new furniture and equipment. Work will also take place in the surrounding area.

According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, the area of the school building is 3,230 square meters. m. It is planned to fully complete the overhaul by the beginning of the next academic year.

In January, it was reported that in the Moscow region in 2026, 135 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction and overhaul of social infrastructure facilities. We are talking about schools and kindergartens, polyclinics and hospitals, sports facilities and cultural institutions. Funds for their construction and renovation will be allocated within the framework of the relevant state program.
