Chelyabinsk authorities reported on the work of a chatbot for trapping dogs
In Chelyabinsk, 20 stray dogs were captured and sent to shelters over the past week. Citizens reported about stray animals in a new chatbot, said Deputy Head of Urban Development Alexander Astakhov on Monday, March 2.
"The chatbot is working. The mechanism of interaction with residents was chosen correctly," the official said during a staff meeting at the mayor's office, the correspondent of the news agency " <url>" reports.
A special chatbot for trapping stray dogs was launched in Chelyabinsk in early February. According to Astakhov, in the first week alone, more than a hundred citizens left requests for trapping animals in the chat.
Earlier, residents reported about dogs by phone. In addition to the chat in the regional capital, there are chats on improper parking and advertising that disfigure the appearance of the city.
