The Russian Embassy in Yerevan announced the possibility of leaving Iran through Armenia.

Russians who are in Iran can return to their homeland through Armenia amid Israeli and US attacks on the Islamic Republic. The Russian Embassy in Yerevan announced this on March 1.

"In connection with the escalation in the Middle East region, we remind you that citizens of the Russian Federation can return from Iran to Russia through the territory of Armenia. At the moment, the Nurduz/Agarak border crossing (checkpoint) continues to operate around the clock on the Armenian-Iranian border," the diplomatic mission's Telegram channel says.
