In the Bryansk region, as a result of an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) killed a woman. This was announced on March 1 by the governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz.

"Ukrainian terrorists have launched a targeted kamikaze drone strike on a moving civilian car in the village of Chernookovo, Klimovsky district," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Bogomaz expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased and said that all necessary financial assistance would be provided to the woman's family.

The governor of the Belgorod Region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported earlier that day that two civilians had been injured in a UAV attack in the region.
