It is specified that the demonstrators were holding placards with the words "no war in Iran" and "hands off Iran", as well as signs with the image of Iran's Supreme leader Ali Khamenei.

The participants chanted: "Long live the resistance" and "long live Iran", as well as "get your hands off Palestine."

According to the newspaper, the Stop the War in Iran coalition called on people to rally against the bombing of the country by the United States and Israel. The protest was supported by the Islamic Human Rights Commission and the Jewish Network for Palestine.

The diplomat stressed that the actions of Washington and Tel Aviv risk turning into a humanitarian and economic catastrophe.
