On approach to Qatar, 18 ballistic missiles were eliminated. This was announced on March 1 by the press service of the Qatari Ministry of Defense.
"The Ministry of Defense of Qatar, <... In joint coordination with other authorities, it was able to successfully intercept 18 ballistic missiles aimed at several regions of the country," the publication says in X (ex. Twitter).
It is specified that the air targets could not reach the territory of Qatar.
